Windsor Chairs Finishes & Colors
Traditionally, Windsor chairs are finished with milk paint. I use Old Fashioned Milk Paint with several different color options that will complement your room. After several coats of milk paint are applied, the paint is sealed by three coats of satin varnish and then hand rubbed with a finishing wax.
If you prefer a natural finish for your chair, I offer two wood choices—a walnut seat and legs with an oak back and spindles; or a cherry seat and legs with an oak back and spindles.
